You MUST have graduated from an OSMT approved MLA/T program within the last five (5) years – you also MUST include copy of diploma with application. Failure to provide a copy of your diploma when applying will VOID your application.

1. Download your application and complete - Application Form -  - Remember, you will also need to provide a copy of your diploma.  You can either email the copy to or upload your application and diploma as one document when you proceed to step 2.
2. Register online -  (Fill in online registration, upload completed application with copy of your diploma (1 document) and pay).
3. An email will be sent to you confirming registration and payment.
4. Approximately 1 month after registration closes, an approval email will be sent regarding your status.
5. 2-3 weeks prior to the exam date a Site Letter will be mailed to your home address.
