Welcome to OSMT
The OSMT is supported by the laboratory technologists and technicians of Ontario who wish to belong to an organization whose exclusive mandate is to serve the medical laboratory profession. The Society serves as the unified voice and advocate of professional issues in Ontario for Medical Laboratory Technologists (MLTs) and Medical Laboratory Assistants/Technicians (MLA/Ts). The OSMT offers a diversified collection of programs and benefits to its membership.
OSMT 50th Anniversary Events
The OSMT is celebrating its 50th Anniversary with a blast of events – contests with prizes, education days and sponsored events in all our Ontario Districts, and our Golden Anniversary Conference in London in September.
In appreciation of our members and in honour of the laboratory professionals of Ontario, participation for many events is free-of-charge or for a nominal fee.

You can now pay your membership fee online.
If you were a member in 2012, click on the Customer Login option on this page. If this is your first time purchasing online, enter your e-mail address in Forgot Password and a password will be sent to you. If you were not a member in 2012, simply go to the Online Payments option under Membership and follow the instructions. Click on the Continue to Checkout button and you will be prompted to set-up an account and enter your own password. Your confirmation will be sent to you automatically once your payment is processed.
