SUBMITTING AN ARTICLE?
GUIDELINES FOR SUBMITTING AN ARTICLE FOR PUBLISHING
▪ Feature articles
should be no more than 1400 words in length and created as a Word
Document, or if this is not possible, as a .txt file.
▪ Length of other submissions should be discussed with the Editorial
Committee.
▪ Accompanying graphs, figures or charts should be no more than a ½ page
in length
and should be submitted as a separate file as a jpeg or gif.
▪ Articles to be submitted by e-mail to
dbrooks@osmt.org.
▪ Articles to be submitted by the deadline indicated. If you are unsure
of the deadline
date, please contact the OSMT office.
▪ Articles are to be accompanied by a photograph (head shot is best) of
the author.
Digital pictures need to be a minimum 300dpi.
▪ Regular photographs should be submitted by mail to the OSMT Office.
▪ Editorial Committee reserves the right to shorten articles.
